You understand that if you do not pay in full, which means received and accounted for in our bank account, that your ad will not be run. If for any reason that your payment is received and then unaccounted in our bank account your ad will not be run.
You agree to run ads that are not poronographic in nature, or which promote any illegal, unsound, unreasonable, or dangerous practice or product(s). You agree to submit ads that follow our guidelines and understand and agree to the terms set for pricing and location, (see site Advertise Here). Essentially, that we have full choice, rights and discretion to place ads in the pages you specified (if avail) and in the space size wished (if avail) in the location advertised by our site, ie: Top margin, bottom margin, right side etc. But we will place ads on the page as we see fit.
